Sometimes the lonely parts feel like I’m walking through a tunnel, and no one knows what I’m feeling, thinking or going through. When I step out of the tunnel for that brief moment, I see the other tunnels.

I’m realizing that as lonely as it has seemed, there are a lot of other people on this grief road.
Milestone
I have been spending time daily, grappling with my grief, and not understanding why I feel the way I do.
