Oars
For me, spending time everyday facing and wrestling with the thoughts and feelings this grief creates has made a difference. It’s like adding oars to my boat, sometimes I still can’t beat the current, but they help me navigate it, and when the current isn’t flowing, I can move along at my own pace.
